Celebrity Makeup Artists Take Charge at Beauty Companies

We love a good beauty collaboration. That's why we're especially excited that some of our favorite brands have recently chosen elite makeup artists (and celebrities) to take over the creative helm.

Lisa Eldridge + Lancôme

She decorates the faces of A-listers like Kate Winslet and Keira Knightley, she runs a popular YouTube channel and she also served as the creative director for Boots No7. But now, Lisa Eldridge has a new position to add to her resume because she's just been named as the creative director of makeup for Lancôme. We expect to see great things coming from this impressive woman!

Mario Dedivanovic + Anastasia Beverly Hills

When you're Kim Kardashian's makeup artist, you can expect your star to rise quickly. At least, that's the case for Mario Dedivanovic who's just been named as the Ambassador of Creative Artistry for Anastasia Beverly Hills. He's been a supporter of the brand for years and founder Anastasia Soare herself sculpts Kim K's brows, so it's meant to be. "He intuitively knows how to create the most flawless look possible on every woman he touches," says Soare.

Lady Gaga + Shiseido

She may not be a makeup artist, but Lady Gaga is definitely a risk-taker when it comes to her makeup. She's the star of Shiseido's 2015 campaign and just released 50 selfies on her Instagram. The self-taken portraits are being used as ads in Japanese newspapers, but there's no word yet on whether the campaign will make it's way stateside.

Are there any makeup artists you love right now? Who are they? Tell us in the comments below.
