The Best Concealers For Every Budget

best-concealers

Concealers are essential, but they can be quite tricky too. You have to find one with the right texture and that has the perfect color match…among other points on the concealer checklist. One wrong choice and whatever it was that you were trying to hide could end up being even more noticeable than it was before. But fear not, we found five that are sure to meet your approval.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser ($13)

This one seems to be getting a lot of attention everywhere, but what really got our attention was when celebrity makeup artist Toby Fleischman pulled it out during one of our video shoots. Not only does it camouflage your blemishes, it also reduces them after eight weeks of use, according to Maybelline. It contains goji berry and collagen to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and some fans also use it as a highlighter. Perhaps the reason why it works so well is their unique sponge-like applicator that helps you really cover those imperfections seamlessly.

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Concealer ($24)

This concealer tends to get people excited. And when we say people, we basically mean everyone. It’s highly pigmented, but won’t crease or crack, and it covers everything. It’s especially known for it’s anti-aging benefits with ingredients like hydrolyzed collagen, and Vitamins C & K–it was actually developed my plastic surgeons so it has to be good.

LORAC POREfection Concealer ($24)

This one just became available and it has already risen to the top in our opinion. It’s meant to accompany the brand’s other ultra-popular POREfection products. It’s oil-, paraben- and fragrance-free and, also contains anti-aging antioxidants of Vitamins A, C & E, Olive Leaf Extract, Lemon Fruit Extract, Papaya Fruit Extract and White Peony. All of these work together to brighten and nourish your skin, so after a few weeks of use, your skin will look more youthful.

Physicians Formula Super BB All-In-One Beauty Balm Concealer ($13)

Another fan favorite. This concealer melts into your skin and hides those pesky blemishes and dark circles without looking too caked on. It feels silky as it goes on and it stays put. Some reviewers praise it for working like a charm on late nights at work and leaving their skin looking refreshed.

bareMinerals Correcting Concealer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 ($20)

This easily blends into your skin and covers up any imperfection. It also improves the appearance of dark spots over time. That’s thanks to ingredients like copper to disguise skin imperfections and Lemon Peel Extract to brighten the skin and reduce dark spots and discolorations. Plus, it protects your skin from sun damage with SPF 20.
