Sweet Potato Toast Recipes You Need to Try

Forget avocado toast — sweet potato toast just might be our new favorite kind of toast. It’s gluten-free and packed with fiber, which will help you stay full longer. Plus, it’s an excellent source of vitamin A which is great for your hair, skin, nails, and immune system. If you haven’t tried it yet, we rounded up some tasty recipes that’ll make you hop on the bandwagon.

And if you’re looking for a healthy appetizer to bring to parties, these sweet potato bites with avocado and bacon from Well Plated will be a hit. Cut the sweet potato width-wise to make small medallion shaped toasts. Then, mash together avocado, 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
