Get a HydraFacial. This muti-step professional treatment “cleanses, exfoliates, and moisturizes all in one,” leaving the skin with an immediate glow. The HydraFacial MD boosts skin with a blend of antioxidants, hyaluronic acid, and peptides while removing impurities. Bonus: the effective treatment only takes about 30 minutes and costs between $100 to $300, depending on add-ons.

Clean Up Your Diet. For dull skin, Dr. Jahavery recommends that her patients drink more water and cut out sugars and simple carbs from their diets. “So much of skin health is linked to what we eat,” she says.

Don’t forget SPF. For uneven skin tone and sunspots, she stresses that everyone needs to wear a mineral-based sunblock daily. “It will help prevent further damage, and can actually improve your skin’s appearance over time,” she says.
