Makeup Artist Pat McGrath Launches Her First Product

Pat McGrath is a household name when it comes to makeup. She's basically the mastermind behind the most stunning fashion week looks. While we've heard rumors that a makeup line was in the works, now it's been confirmed.

Her first product is called Gold 001 and it's a sparkly gold paint that's meant to be used pretty much anywhere--on the eyes, lips, cheeks, and so on. We got our first taste at Prada's show in Milan where she painted the models' lips gold and then yesterday McGrath took over Tuileries Gardens in Paris with Vogue to truly show it off.

But it wasn't an exclusive event. Sure, models like Bella Hadid and Stella Maxwell made appearances, and photographer Patrick Demarchelier was on hand taking photographs, but the general public was welcome to come test it out firsthand.

The product is set to launch along with McGrath's website later this year. We're already thinking about all the pretty gold makeup looks we can come up with. Until then, here are a few gold products to practice with.
