While Korean beauty products aren't a new trend, they are finally getting the shelf space they deserve at major retailers like Nordstrom. So instead of searching through Amazon and eBay for the best products, you can now easily find them in the United States!

On a recent episode of The Cut, beauty expert Susan Yara tried out some popular Asian beauty products available here in the U.S.

First up was the Neogen Rice Peel & Activator Sake ($33). The rice acts as a natural exfoliator and brightener, while the sake purifies your skin. Together they draw out impurities from your skin, leaving it brighter and softer.

We also experimented with the Huxley Secret of Sahara Oil Essence ($58). The product is the best of both worlds as it combines the texture of a serum with the nourishment of an oil. It's infused with Saharan prickly pear cactus seed oil, which contains vitamin E and anti-inflammatories. When applied it instantly softens and smooths the skin, providing a natural radiance.

Another must-try product is the Whamisa Sea Kelp Sheet Mask ($14). Each mask is drenched in fermented sea kelp and bamboo serum and formulated with 100% real seaweed. The product is full of nutrients to hydrate your skin and leave a long-lasting glow — and it's even eco-friendly!

Below, watch the full video to find out the final verdict on the products and learn about three more Asian beauty products worth trying:
